Assets : Having a double quote character in import file stops the Assets import

Problem

When there is a double quote character ('') in the import file, the Asset import will only import the records up to that character

Environment

.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a CSV file with 4 records.
2. In 2nd record, add a double quote character in any of the column data.
3. Use this file to import data in Assets

Expected Results

All 4 records will be imported

Actual Results

The first 2 records are imported. This is because the double quote character at line 2 which makes the import process believe it is an "end-of-file" and stops processing further

Workaround

Remove the double quote character so that all records are imported
