Issue Summary
"Order by" SLA field is broken for completed SLAs
Steps to Reproduce
- Have SLAs with completed cycles in your JSM project
- Perform a JQL search or create a filter in list view that has that SLA as a column
- Order the JQL by the SLA field
Expected Results
Issues are ordered based on the SLA time to complete
Actual Results
There are no order. Neither ASC or DESC present different results
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
