Issue Summary

When using a Shared channel in Slack, the Assist bot is not consistently synching users between the organizations on the channel and Jira. This leads to comments not synching between Slack and Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a shared channel in Slack
2. Add the bot
3. Create comments from Slack to Jira, and vice-versa.
4. Users may not sync and comments won't be posted.

Expected Results

The Assist bot will correctly recognize the involved users and sync 

Actual Results

The bot doesn't recognize users and won't sync comments to Jira or even the triage channel.

Workaround

There is no workaround available at this time. Shared channels won't work correctly with the Assist bot.
