Hello Team,
With the introduction of Topic Feature (Create and manage topics in your help center), It is possible to add the Request Type as a shortcut into Topics and helps customer to provide better visualisation of categories.
At the same time, we also have Contact us About or What can we help you with? which also displays the Request Type/Portal Groups which is causing confusion to customers.
Please provide the ability to remove the Request Type/portal group from Contact us About or What can we help you with? section when it is added to Topic.
