Affected Services field is overlapping with other fields on issue view

Issue Summary

The field Affected Services is overlapping with other Jira fields (see screenshots).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the affected services field on the issue view
2. Try to edit it.

Expected Results

The field will expand on top of other fields.

Actual Results

The field is overlapping with other fields and becomes unusable depending on what is below it (see Tempo screenshot).

Workaround

If Affected Services is being fully covered by another field, click on Configure and rearrange it on the screen.
