the ability to suppress customer notifications if Jira user create issue in Form on behalf of the customer

      A user inputs an issue by using Form, reporter will get customer notification(Request created).
      But Jira agent user input by themselves and reporter set him/herself, Jira agent user will get customer notification even if personal notification is off.

      Suggested Solution
      It would be great if Jira agent users can suppress customer notifications when they use Form to create issue on behalf of the customer.
