Approvals via Assist not behaving as expected in MS Teams

      Issue Summary

      When triggering the approval step on a service request integrated with JSM Chat/Assist in Teams, the approval notification may not trigger to the approver in Teams.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a service request with a request type used in the Assist integration and an approval step
      2. Trigger the approval step on the request

      Expected Results

      The approvers of the request will be notified in Teams and have the option to approve/decline the request.

      Actual Results

      The approval step is not triggering in Teams.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
