In-line image distortion in requests received via email

Issue Summary

The in-line images does not render properly making reading email requests almost impossible. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send an email to the project space with text and in-line images.
2. In-line images sometimes distorts, making it difficult for the team to work on the issue

Expected Results

The in-line images should be handled within JSM such that no distortion occurs.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
