      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click 'Show details' approval request on slack

      Expected Results

      Available to show details of ticket by clicking 'Show details'

      Actual Results

      Not able to open anything by clicking 'Show details'

      Workaround

      Please open a ticket via ticket link on message
