Issue Summary
When an email is digitally signed by Outlook, the body of the email is not processed and results in either a blank Description or no ticket being created if the Description is set to Required.

Steps to Reproduce
- Send a digitally signed email (from Outlook) with a text body
- The headers will have the following for affected emails:
Content-Type: application/pkcs7-mime; smime-type=signed-data; name="smime.p7m" Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="smime.p7m" Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
- The headers will have the following for affected emails:
- See that the request was either created without a Description or that the request was rejected if the Description field set to Required
Expected Results
The email is processed as normal.
Actual Results
The request is either processed without a Description or the email isn't processed if the Description field is set to Required.
Workaround
If possible, don't digitally sign the emails.
