JSM Chat: Allow for modifying the Create Issue & Edit Issue Modal in Slack or Teams separately from JSM Projects.

      Problem Definition

      I would like for the Create Issue & Edit Issue Modals in Slack to be configured differently than how my JSM Project's Request Types are configured for Fields.

      For example, I'd like to hide System Fields like Description in Slack, since they are not on the Request Type or Issue Type in JSM, but even if I remove them from the Request Type, Issue Type, and Screens, they still appear in the Edit Issue Modal in Slack.

      Suggested Solution

      Have a Slack or Teams specific configuration setup for Chat.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
