      Suggestion Summary

      When reacting with the "ticket" emoji to a message, it automatically set the message as the summary of the issue. It should be possible to select if the message would become the Issue summary or description.

      Workaround

      A workaround is available using Automation: Create a ticket via JSM Chat and set the original message from Slack/Teams as the description
