Issue Summary

Sometimes, when a user tries to upload an Avatar or a Global icon in Assets, the popup screen just keeps spinning until a "broken image" icon shows up and Avatar is not uploaded.

Please note it doesn't happen all the time, it is an intermittent issue.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to your Instance > Assets
• Click on Configuration
  • Click on Global icons
  • Add/edit an icon

Expected Results

The new icon should be displayed

Actual Results

A broken image icon appears and the icon is not uploaded

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
