      Assets workflow post functions are not available in Cloud as they're in the Data Center and Server platform:

            There is a (very uncomfortable und complicated) workaround with triggering a webhook automation to set the asset field. But the requested feature is needed very strong!

            It is impossible to migrate from onpremise to Jira CLOUD if this feature is missing.

            It is a key functionality as a CMDB implementation.

            You are really stripping core functionality of Insight. 

            Disappointing.
