Component/s: Incoming Email - Mail Handlers
Sometime portal customer send email to "jira@xxxx.atlassian.net" by with the intention of adding a comment to the issue.
This could be trouble when the email not relates any ticket or a project does not allow email requests.
It would be great Ability to set disable receive email to jira@xxxx.atlassian.net to prevent to receive email from customer.
