Forms: Ability to Add field Paragraph (Plain text) on new forms

Using Forms, I'd like to have the option to add the field Paragraph (Plain text).

Previously, this field was available in all forms, but now this option can only be selected if we edit existing old forms.

For example:

Access Project Settings > Forms > Create New Form > Add Field. These are the options we see:

Although you might see the option to add the Paragraph (Plain text) in old forms you have in the project: Project Settings > Froms > Select a Form > Click on any Paragraph field > Edit:
