Issue Summary

Creating a Linked issue from JSM project to Company Managed Software Project fails if Components field value is set.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created a "Company Managed Software Project" (TCMP)
2. Created a ITSM Service Project (ITSMTest)
   1. Added "Components" field to "Request form"
3. Created an issue under ITSM Service Project via portal and set a value for the field "Components"
4. Tried creating a linked issue under the project TCMP and it failed due to missing component on TCMP project. (Below is the screenshot for your quick reference)

Expected Results

Linked issue should get created like it gets created under Team Managed Software project.

Actual Results

Linked issue is not getting created and we are being presented with an error "We couldn't find any components for this project".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
