    Description

      Issue Summary

When the same Confluence space is linked to more than one Service project, the Need to raise a request? Contact us. appears on the bottom of the page and Customers may be redirected to the wrong portal to create a request.

Due to the exact same space being linked to more than one project, only one result will appear when the customer searches for an article.

By default, it seems that the article will be from the first project listed in the portal, and due to the cache, it will remain even if the order of the projects changes.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have two or more Service projects.
      2. Link the same Confluence space to more than one Service project.
      3. Access the portal and search for an article.

      Expected Results

When viewing the article, since it belongs to more than one project, customers shouldn't have the option Need to raise a request? Contact us.

      Actual Results

When viewing the article, the breadcrumbs will usually belong to the first project listed in the portal, hence, the Need to raise a request? Contact us will redirect to the portal that the articles belong to, despite the same article also being available on other portals.

Moreover, removing the permission from the customer from the project where they usually access the articles, will result in an error, but it's fixed by clearing the browser cache.

In case the same page belongs to different spaces, it will also not be possible for customers to select the correct one since the search results don't show the information regarding the project.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
