Update documentation with full list of IP Addresses used by Atlassian Cloud Products

      The IP ranges listed in this page: IP Addresses and domains for Atlassian Cloud Products does not seem to include IP ranges used by Assets Discovery when exporting its Scans to a Cloud instance.

      Discovery will send requests to https://api.atlassian.com which seem to be assigned with IPs on 104.192.142.0/24 - a range that is not included within the above document.

      Please update the public documentation to correctly reflect all IP ranges in use by Atlassian's Cloud products.
