It would be great to add the following items to Stakeholders and Responders in JSM.

• JSM Teams
• customer organizations
• groups(in JSM, JSW)

In most cases, failure notification should be sent to teams/groups/organizations.
If we need to register Stakeholders on a per-user basis, omission of communication may occur.
