It would be very useful to have fields that will be validated during the ticket creation. 

For example, if there is a field where the customer needs to fill in their address, it would be awesome to have functionality to validate the field value to make sure it's a valid address. This could be validated using an External source via API or Forms data connection in the ticket creation screen(in the customer portal).
