Description
Currently, it is not possible to modify the Post-incident reviews (PIRs) Template, or add more details to the PIR from the existing Issue Fields.
It would be great if we have the flexibility to edit this template or create multiple templates for PIR.
And also an option to use additional data from the Issue Fields to this template so that the Issue Field values are dynamically populated on the PIR ticket.
