Description
If the CSAT is disabled at project level, it won't send survey notifications for issues closed with a resolution type set, but it'll allow existing old sent responses to be collected, e.g.
It would be nice if Jira customer satisfaction was turned off, no new responses were collected. If a customer were to provide a response, maybe a message like “<company name> is no longer accepting responses.”
