      Issue Summary

      Request language sometimes does not respect following language or settings.

      • summary/description
      • customer preferred language
      • default project language

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create JSM project and add support language(ex. English and German) from Language support from project settings (turn off "Available to customers")
      2. Raise a request from portal include summary and description text "aaaaaa"
      3. Check the Request language filed of issue and field shows it's German

      Expected Results

      Expect Request language shows English

      Actual Results

      Expect Request language shows German

      Workaround

      If project doesn't user

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
