Text formatting in Slack is not consistently replicated in Jira via Assist

      Issue Summary

      When using text formatting in Slack, Assist does not replicate the formatting accurately in Jira. The behavior is inconsistent.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Format a long block text in Slack and send it to a ticket integrated via JSM Chat.

      Expected Results

      The formatting is carried over to the Jira ticket.

      Actual Results

      The formatting is inconsistently (or not) reproduced in Jira.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
