Issue Summary

When selecting a date in late December (starting in 2023) and exporting to PDF, the date shows as the same day and month in the following year.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup a date field in a form
2. Select a date in late December (e.g., December 31st , 2023)
3. Export the form as a PDF
4. Observe that the month and day are correct, but the year is incremented by 1

Expected Results

The same date that was inputted into the form is shown in the exported PDF.

Actual Results

The same date, but in the following year, is shown in the exported PDF.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
