Environment

• Jira Service Management Cloud
• Confluence Server/Data Center

Steps to Reproduce

1. Link Confluence Server to Jira Cloud in order to use it as a Knowledge base in the Customer portal.
2. On a Confluence page in Server, add a link to another page where the title contains accents (examples are titles written in Spanish, Portuguese, French).
3. Open the page that contains the link on the body of the page and click on it via the customer portal.

Expected Results

When clicking on the link to access the page, the article via the Customer Portal in Jira Cloud will load normally.

Actual Results

It shows that the page was not found and that it might be an error with the App links.

Notes

Removing the accents from the title will make the page open normally confirming that the error is not related to App links or permissions.
