Summary

Currently, the form layout on the issue view does not have the possibility to modify it to appear somewhere else. Example: Forms view is positioned somewhere in the bottom of the issue view which makes it harder to access, users might miss it as well. Having the capability of moving it as per our preference would be great.

Suggestion

Ability to change the form layout on the issue view no another mode, like a tab instead.
