Ability to configure the number of results for Related articles

      Current behavior

      Via Agent view, on the Knowledge base section, it shows articles based on the summary of the tickets so agents can find articles more easily. At the moment, it shows 15 articles (maximum).

      Suggestion

      Add the ability for project administrators to configure the desired number of results.
