Description

We would like to have a REST API endpoint that, for a custom field displayed in the customers' portal, suggests Atlassian Users or Portal Only Customers depending on the filter configured for the field and on whether the logged in user is an AU or a POC and on the portal settings.

This is more or less the same behavior of the request participants field.
