Problem Definition
At the moment, when the JSM custom mail request connection fails and hit the rate limited threshold, admin needs to manually reconnect the connection to fix the issue. This may caused time delay on processing the mail and any existing email that was send in between the problem happen , the mail processor will missed it.
Suggested Solution
It would be great if the reconnection or reset could be done automatically from the backend. Once connected, processed the mail that was sent in between when the failed connection happened.
Workaround
Manually reconnect the email and reach out to support to set the mail to process the backdated mail.
