Problem

Ability to import objects using Discovery and assign them to specific object types, rather than using the default mappings provided by the Discovery import process.

Why This Is Important

To have the ability to Import to different Object Types by Changing the Object type Mapping and AQL Filteration 

Workaround

There is currently no workaround available for this requirement
A possible workaround using Jira Automation is to Copy the Objects Once they have been Imported to the desired object Type and then Delete the Original ObjectType/Objects.
