Issue Summary
When a user is added as both Internal User and as a Project Customer, then Atlassian Account name takes precendence over the Label Name (added in JSM Customers) page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Service Project Access should be 'Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins'
- Create a portal-only customer account (under Project -> Customers).
- Go to JSM Customers option under Atlassian Admin, add a different Label Name to the customer account.
- With the same email id , invite user from User Management via Atlassian Admin (No need to add them any product access).
- Now, go to Customer Portal and try opening a new ticket. Search for the customer name under ‘Raise the Request on behalf of’.
- Also, look for the customer name under Project -> Customers.
Expected Results
The project should display the Label Name for the customer, since the user is only a Customer to the project.
Actual Results
Jira displays the user’s Atlassian Account name under the project, because the user is added as an Internal User.
