SLA does not remain in pause state when status changed from "status A" to "status A"

      Issue Summary

      Lets say there is an SLA which is configured to pause on a particular status. It gets paused at the same status too. But, when the issue is transitioned to the same status , SLA timer starts counting.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure an SLA to pause an arbitary status - "statusA"
      2. Transition the issue to statusA which will cause the SLA to pause
      3. Transition the issue again to the same status (might need changes in workflow)

      Expected Results

      The SLA should still be paused.

      Actual Results

      The SLA starts counting

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
