Fields shown as mandatory for the customer in the portal are (sometimes) not shown as mandatory in the Create Issue view and agent is able to create the issue without filling the mandatory fields

      Issue Summary

      Customer while filling the request form from the JIRA issue view(), Agent is able to create the issue without filling the mandatory field, this should not happen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click on create button at the top middle
      2. Select the required JSM project 
      3. Any request type from the drop down where one of the field should be mandotory to fill.

      Expected Results

      Ideally it should through error and not allow to create the Request Type/ticket.

      Actual Results

      Able to create a ticket without filling the mandotry field from Jira issue view(for the request form).
