Issue Summary

serviceDeskPortalUserMenuActions does not support FULLSCREEN and MAXIMUM size options for dialog target.

This is reproducible on Data Center: unknown

Steps to Reproduce

1. When we try to install app with the following sizes, we see this error: /serviceDeskPortalUserMenuActions/0/target/options/size: instance value ("MAXIMUM") not found in enum (possible values: ["small","SMALL","medium","MEDIUM","large","LARGE","x-large","X-LA

Expected Results

No error while using FULLSCREEN and MAXIMUM sizes

Actual Results

Error is shown

Workaround

Use Forge where the customer can use the custom UI version of jiraServiceManagement:portalUserMenuAction which enables automatic resizing of the model
