Form Builder - Multi-language support

I love the new form builder, but I can't really use it until it supports multiple languages. I have a few thoughts on how you could implement this functionality. 

1.) Allow multiple forms of different languages to be associated to the same request type.

2.) Allow us to use current user information to leverage the conditional logic in form builder. If I could get the CurrentUser.Language and then use that to hide/show multiple language versions all in one form.

The first option would be the best, but would require a lot of thought/effort to implement correctly. The 2nd option might be a better short term solution as it should just involve making existing user parameters available to admins in the form builder.
