Auto refresh portal view when the ticket is updated in Jira

      The customer portal issue view should automatically refresh when changes are made to an issue.

      Currently, when an agent makes changes to an issue in the Jira, those changes are not reflecting/updated on the portal issue view automatically. The customer has to manually refresh the portal (through the browser refresh option) from time to time to view the updates.

      This feature request is to build the functionality in the portal to refresh automatically when any changes are made to the issue through the Jira application by agents.

      As a workaround, these browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox can help to enable auto-refresh for a particular browser tab.
