System Fields not available on Atlassian Assist

      It would be really helpful to be able to use JSM System fields on Atlassian Assist.

      At the moment, fields with the field type marked as Unknown are not available through Assist. Eg. Affected Service, Category and Attachments, fields related to ITSM features, and Advanced roadmap fields, such as Target start/ Target end date.
