Description
Issue Summary
When an organization is added to the ticket, it gets shared with all the Organization members by default. There should be customization available for the admin to decide on one of the following behaviors:
- The organization is added to the request and the request will be shared with all the organization members
- The organization is added to the request just to show which organization the reporter belongs to.
Why this is important?
Consider the GDPR tickets where the agent doesn't want to share the ticket with the organization members but wants to list the organization where the reporter belongs.
Workaround:
Create a new custom field to list the organizations and the agent can select an organization from it to show which organization is related to the reporter
