Description
Issue Summary
When an organization is added to the ticket, it gets shared with all the Organization members. This information is not shown when the agent clicks on the tooltip for this field and the current message is a bit misleading as it only says that the field is used to store the organization that this request belongs to.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to issue view screen
- Click on the tool-tip for the Organization field
Suggestion:
- Please update the message in the tool tip to show that the request will be shared with all the organization members when the organization is added to the request.
Why this is important? :
- With the current message shown in the tooltip, the understanding is that this field is used only to store the organization but when you have GDPR tickets in service projects, it becomes very crucial if the ticket gets unintentionally shared with other customers.
- If the tooltip shows the correct message then this will help in educating the agents.
