Description
The "Affected Services" field is a great addition to the Incident and Change Management process implemented in JSM. However, it is not accessible by customers as it can only be seen by licensed users. This is limiting the use cases for the "Affected Services" and creating extra work where a new field needs to be created to collect the "Affected Services" selection from the end user and mapping it to the "Affected Services" field.
