    Description

      Issue Summary

Changes on affected services not display on issue view when issue is linked to an affected service with a change record associated to a service.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a change request record linked to a service (Demo Service).
      2. Create an incident linked to affected service (Demo Service).
      3. Expand Changes to affected services.

      Expected Results

When expanding Changes to affected services should display change request linked to related affected services.

      Actual Results

When expanding Changes to affected services do not display change request linked to related affected services. However if the change request is set to a final state (green status), Changes to affected services appear on the incident record.
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

      https://<sitename>..atlassian.net/rest/api/3/search

jql: "\"Ticket category\" = Changes AND cf[10040] IN (\"ari:cloud:graph::service/6fd6d9c9-d9ca-4de5-915a-7e0e05d6d35f/9ec0b23a-8e87-11ec-8384-128b42819424\") ORDER BY created DESC"

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
