Last Active does not update upon user activity on Portal

      Issue Summary

      Last Active does update upon user activity on Portal

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login to the JSM portal with a portal-only account 
      2. Raise a request or add a comment to any requests
      3. Wait 24 hours and check the Last Active parameter of this account under https://<instance>.atlassian.net/admin/jira-service-desk/portal-only-customers

      Expected Results

      The Last Active will be updated with the last activity of the portal-only account in the portal

      Actual Results

      The Last Active is not updated no matter how much time has passed

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
