The current process of moving a team-managed project to a company is painful and distributive. On a service management project, it has a significant impact on customers (raised ticket users) The process today would create a vast about of chaos with any open tickets. Replying to a ticket in the old project and getting bouncebacks at best, at worse, nothing.
Ideally, I should be able to change a project type from Team to Company without impacting my customer group.
