@mention on customer notification should either route to issue comment or issue view on customer portal

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when we perform an @mention on JSM public comments the customer notification has the link for the user profile which the end users don't have access to view. Instead, it should route to the issue comment or issue view on the customer portal.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. @mention a portal user on Jira Service desk public comment
      2. Once the email is received by the end user we will notice that the email has a link for the user profile which eventually routes you to the customer portal or permission error.

      Expected Results

      • Should route to the issue view on the customer portal or comment

      Actual Results

      • Routed to the customer portal or permission error.

       

      Workaround

      Click on view request, instead of clicking on @mention
