When moving a ticket from a Jira Service Management project to another project, the queue link for the request doesn't redirect to the new issue key or project

      Issue Summary

      When moving a ticket from a Jira Service Management project to another project, the queue link for the request doesn't redirect to the new issue key or project.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a ticket in JSM project "ABC"
      2. Move the issue to JSM project "XYZ"
      3. Go to https://siteURL.atlassian.net/browse/ABC-123
        • (Notice that it correctly redirects to the new project key XYZ-456)
      4. Now, go to https://siteURL.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/ABC/queues/issue/ABC-123
        • (Notice that it does not redirect to the new XYZ-456 ticket, it still appears in the old project with the old key).

      Expected Results

      The queue link redirects to the new issue key/project.

      Actual Results

      The queue link doesn't redirect to the new issue key/project.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
