Problem Description

Due to a recent change in MS teams integration, we are no longer sending any notifications for “internal” comments on the Jira tickets.

Suggested Resolution

A message should be sent for internal comments when users are @mentioned (Only if they have the right permission to receive the notification).

Why this is important?

Before this change, every conversation could have been made from within Teams. Customers have to look in e-Mail notification or in the in-app notification in Jira to check for this. 

This has affected users that have access to the comments and are able to see them in the Jira. Removing this feature would make them miss
the mentions notification in MS Team.
