      Issue Summary

Within team-managed projects, when navigating to the automations window, you are taken to the newer automation engine while there is a button for Legacy automations.

If you click the Legacy automation button, there is no way to get back to the newer automation engine without navigating away from the project or out of the settings hierarchy altogether.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Jira Service Management team-managed project
      2. Navigate to the Service project settings page
      3. Click on Automation

In the left panel you will only see a button for Legacy automation. Within the context of company-managed projects, both buttons are available.

      Expected Results

The Automation button is present so if a user navigates to Legacy automation they are able to navigate back to the newer automation engine.

      Actual Results

      The Automation button is missing.

      Workaround

Navigating out of the project or out of the settings hierarchy ie going back to the queue will reset the automation option back to the newer engine.
