Macros showing issue in Service Desk Portal

      Issue Summary

      The new EP Portal view doesn't support multiple macros for the portal only customer accounts and hence KB functionality is affected on the portal. It works fine for licensed users but not for customer accounts.
      Affected macros:

      1. Livesearch
      2. Recently updated
      3. Page Properties Report
      4. Content by Label

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use any of the above macros on your Confluence article
      2. Try to access this page on the ServiceDesk portal using a customer account (unlicensed user)

      Expected Results

      The article is loaded on the portal and content is shown

      Actual Results

      The error message is returned for macros

      Workaround

      Contact support team to fix the issue temporarily for your cloud site
